What we will do:
We will meet every Wednesday from Sept 27th to Nov 15th 2023 at Jiaren Yoga Studio from 10 am to 11:30 am PT. This is only in person.
We will practice a mix of resting, yoga, breathwork, journaling, dancing, chanting Om, discussion, sharing and LISTENING. Every session you will come home with homework to connect with your child.

From anxiety to overwhelm to debilitating mom’s guilt to anger to jealousy to depression to calmness and to self love, I have been through a lot…. For the past 13 years I have experienced many highs and lows of motherhood to learn from them, do the inner work and step into being the ‘Mother I want to be’. It's not that my life is totally perfect now. But I feel empowered and equipped to deal with the curve balls that life throws at me.
If you feel ready to step into your ‘Open Hearted Mom’ version, this program is where I share my learnings from Ayurveda, Yoga, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and more with you. I will personally counsel an intimate group of moms, hold space for them to have their breakthroughs and gently facilitate them to achieve their goals.
I work with you closely to develop the mindset, skills, and teach you the tools to reconnect with the balance within so you can Be the Mom you want to be! You + my mentorship = a motherhood journey you actually enjoy.
