How ThetaHealing® Helps Release Spirits From People?

Many people have questions about the spiritual world, especially after experiencing unexplained feelings, vivid dreams, or the loss of someone they love.

Some spiritual traditions offer gentle explanations for these experiences. One of these teachings speaks about wayward spirits, human souls that have not yet completed their journey back to the Creator.

This perspective is meant to bring understanding, compassion, and peace rather than fear.

What Are Wayward Spirits?

Within this spiritual perspective, wayward spirits are believed to be human spirits who have not yet returned to the Creator's light after death. Rather than completing their transition, they remain connected to the earthly plane for a time.

It is believed that every soul is connected to the Creator through an invisible spiritual grid. After death, opportunities arise for the soul to return home. If that opportunity is missed, the spirit may remain on Earth until another opportunity becomes available.

What we often do not realize is that this teaching describes a soul that has simply lost its way, rather than one being punished.

Why Might a Spirit Become Wayward?

Many reasons are believed to contribute to this, including:

  • Fear after death
  • Confusion following a sudden accident
  • Deep attachment to loved ones
  • Grief that makes it difficult to let go
  • Missing the opportunity to return to the Creator's light

According to this perspective, the Creator never abandons these souls. Every spirit is ultimately able to find its way home.

Where Are Wayward Spirits Believed to Stay?

A peaceful home surrounded by nature.

Many traditions teach that wayward spirits remain near places that hold meaning for them.

This may include:

  • Their former home
  • Family members
  • The place where they died
  • Places connected to important memories

This is viewed as a temporary state while they await another opportunity to continue their spiritual journey.

Can They Affect People?

Within this spiritual framework, some practitioners believe that wayward spirits may be drawn toward people whose energy feels comforting or noticeable. They may:

  • Attach to a person's energetic field
  • Draw energy from that person
  • Contribute to feelings of fatigue, emotional heaviness, or energetic imbalance
  • Be associated with physical discomfort or illness due to energetic depletion

It is also believed that more than one wayward spirit may be present at the same time. Individuals experiencing addiction or long-term substance abuse are thought to be more vulnerable because these conditions are believed to weaken or open the energetic field.

Signs a Wayward Spirit May Be Present

According to this spiritual perspective, some people may notice experiences such as:

  • Persistent tiredness or low energy, even after plenty of rest
  • Emotions or moods that suddenly shift, or feelings that do not quite feel like your own
  • A sense of not feeling like yourself or behaving in ways that seem out of character
  • A subtle change in the appearance of the eyes that loved ones sometimes notice
  • A change in the body's natural scent without an ordinary explanation
  • Increased negative self-talk or heavy, intrusive thoughts
  • Restless sleep or unusually vivid dreams
  • A feeling of heaviness or discomfort in the body without a clear cause
  • New or intensified cravings, particularly around substances

An Important Note

Every one of these experiences can also have entirely ordinary medical or emotional explanations, including stress, grief, burnout, or a health condition. These signs are offered for spiritual reflection only and are never meant for self-diagnosis or fear. If you experience persistent physical or emotional symptoms, please consult a doctor or mental health professional. Spiritual support is intended to complement professional care, never replace it.

The central message remains one of hope.

The Creator's light is always greater than darkness.

How does ThetaHealing® help with removing spirits.

The good thing about spirit release work is that we don't need permission from the client to remove spirits. So clients can remove spirits from other family members without needing permission.

In ThetaHealing® we are able to first muscle test if the person is carrying a spirit in their energy field.

We can then connect to Source and using energy from source, gently detach the spirit and safely send it to the Light.

We remove spirits from person, their home, office and their car.

After we have cleared and tested that all the spirits have been removed, we put a shield around the person, car, home and office. The shield sends any new spirits directly to the Light as soon as they touch the shield.

It has been very effective on people of all ages.

If you suspect that you or a loved one is behaving differently, you can book a consult with a ThetaHealer® today.
